The first leg of this month-long extensive tour begins in earnest today with a Full-day Delhi City Tour, a Guided Sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi that acquaints us with the most famous landmarks and attractions of Delhi.
Beginning right after breakfast, the Delhi City Tour first takes us through the landmarks of Old Delhi - the part of the city that has outlived eras to tell a tale of Mughal glory, passing of time, and the birth of the new era. We will visit landmarks such as Jamma Masjid and Red Fort, before enjoying a ride of a traditional cycle rickshaw through the winding lanes and by-lanes of Chandni Chowk. We will also visit the famous Spice Market of Old Delhi.
Later, our tour continues towards Qutub Minar, the Garden of the Five Senses, India Gate, Raj Ghat and Humayun's Tomb, along with a drive past Rajpath and the Rashthrapathi Bhawan,

Enjoy an early morning ride to Amer Fort, one of the major crowning jewels of Jaipur and the erstwhile residence of the Maharajas of Jaipur. This complex of red sandstone and white marble palaces, gardens, temples and palatial halls is located on the outskirts of Jaipur city and is worth the early morning ride.
Ride up the steep slopes to the fort entrance on a jeep and see the city of Jaipur sprawled at your feet. While here, do visit the Hall of Public Audience and the Hall of Private Audience, the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Mirrors, and the Zeena Quarters, the palace rooms where the women of the royal family stayed.
Later, enjoy breakfast at the fort restaurant or back in the city.
After breakfast, our Jaipur City Tour continues on. We will visit the City Palace, where the present Maharajah of Jaipur is still in residence. Day 8 of this holiday tour is devoted entirely to a rendezvous with nature. Early in the morning, with a breakfast hamper packed, set out to see the majestic Bengal Tiger and other animals greet the sun.

Bhaktapur, the City of Devotees, was once the largest of the three kingdoms in Nepal.
